1. About weSwapp’s Data Policy
When you use UniqParking ApS, (“weSwapp”) services, you
provide certain personal information to weSwapp. This data policy (“weSwapps Data Policy”)
describes the types of personal information weSwapp collects, why weSwapp collects this personal
data and what weSwapp uses the personal data for – all to give you an overview of your rights.
weSwapp processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Act (Act No. 429
of 31 May 2000 with subsequent amendments) (the “Personal Data Act”) as well as other applicable
legislation for the protection of privacy (including any legislation implemented under the European
Parliament and Council Directive 95/46 / EC of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with
regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data). In addition,
weSwapp’s data policy is also covered by the EU Personal Data Regulation valid as of 25 May 2018.
2. What do we do with your personal information (personal
weSwapp’s collection and processing of personal data is covered by the Data Protection Regulation
(Regulation (EU) 2016/679), which is a directly binding act. The regulation gives some new rights to
individuals and strengthens some of the rights already existing in Directive 95/46 / EC. Directive
95/46 / EC is repealed with effect from 25 May 2018. Our policy has been made compatible with
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and is therefore also compatible with Directive 95/46 / EC and its national
implementation until they expire on 25 May 2018.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us on the weSwapp user interface, we need the

We make the registration of you and your car(s) personal information for the purpose of being able
to provide the functions in the weSwapp interface.
The personal information is registered with weSwapp, and stored until you cease to be a user. When
personal information is collected via the weSwapp interface, we ensure that it’s always done by
giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected

We do not store customer information encrypted. Only passwords are stored encrypted.
We encrypt customer information when / if it’s transmitted.
Third Party Personal:
Third Party Personal information is not shared with any third party, except in circumstances where
such sharing is necessary to provide our services. It could, for example. be a technology company
that processes or delivers systems and technology that improves our products and services, and we
will share necessary information in such matters. Service providers are only allowed to obtain the
personal information they need to provide the service. If users do not want us to share personal
information with these companies, please contact email@example.com. We do not disclose personal
information to third parties so that they can market their products or services to our customers. In
certain situations, weSwapp may be required to disclose personal data in response to law
enforcement requirements from regulatory authorities in order to meet the requirements of
Regulation (EU) 2016/679. We may also publish personal information if required by law, e.g. in
connection with meeting a witness or other legal action when we believe in good faith that
publication is necessary to protect our rights, protect the safety of customers or others, in
connection with the investigation of fraud or in response to a government inquiry.
When using weSwapps services, weSwapp collects information about the physical location of your
mobile phone, provided that you have allowed the App to access services that use your location.
This is a necessity to be able to use the App’s functionalities.
When you transfer money to your weSwapp account, you will be asked for credit card information.
This information is NOT stored at weSwapp. These must be entered each time. When you need to
withdraw money from your weSwapp account, you will be asked for account and banking
information. This information is NOT stored by weSwapp. These must be entered each time.
weSwapp has the right to send you marketing emails after consent. The special form of consent
must be given unforced, specific and unambiguous. These requirements are met once you have
chosen to receive marketing emails (actively selected). You always have the right to object, free of
charge and upon request, to the processing of personal data relating to you in direct marketing
activities without having to give any special reasons. You can do this by contacting us at
firstname.lastname@example.org. Once a user has objected, that user’s personal information will no longer be
used for direct marketing. Marketing emails contain information that we believe may be of interest
to you, such as new information about our products and services.
As registered with weSwapp, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have
the right to insight into what information is registered about you and your children. You have these
rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this are directed to

3. Right to correction, revocation of consent, etc.
If you find that the personal information registered by weSwapp is incorrect, incomplete or
processed in violation of the above purpose (see section 2) and the Personal Data Act or other
relevant legislation, you can request weSwapp for to correct, block or delete such personal
information. Requests for correction, blocking or deletion must be submitted by e-mail to
weSwapp’s customer service, firstname.lastname@example.org. You can revoke your consent to the processing of
your personal information at any time.
4. Location Information
weSwapp may collect, process and share your mobile phone’s exact geographical location here and
now in order to provide certain of weSwapp’s Services. In order for such location-based information
to be collected, you must enable the “allow use of location” feature on your mobile phone. You may
revoke your permission for weSwapp to collect, process and share such location-based information
at any time by ceasing to use services provided by weSwapp, which requires location-based
information to work, and by turning off the “allow use of location” feature on your mobile phone.
weSwapp respects the privacy of users and is obliged to protect all forms of personal information,
that users have sent to our website.
By accessing, browsing and/or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood
cookies in accordance with these terms.
In general, our users may visit our website without telling us who they are, and without disclosing
small text files that are placed in the user’s device to track usage traces and record preferences. Our
cookies do not contain information that can identify people.
Cookies can be either “persistent” cookies or “session” cookies: A persistent cookie is stored by a
web browser and is valid until it’s set expiration date, if it’s not deleted by the user before the
expiration date. A session cookie, on the other hand, expires at the end of a user consultation when
the web browser is closed.
We use both session and persistent cookies on our website. We also use Google Analytics to analyze
the use of our website. Our analytics service provider generates statistics and other information
about website usage using cookies. The cookies for web analytics that we use on our website have
the following names: _ga, _gat.
The information generated in relation to our website is used to create reports on the use of our
